Here’s what to expect next.
Pre-Production Planning
You will receive a follow-up email from me within 24 hours to schedule a time and date for our pre-production discovery call. During which, we will discuss your vision, timeline, and goals. After tailoring my services to best serve you, we will schedule the production day and deliverables timeline.
Service Agreement & Deposit
Now that we have a production plan, you will receive a tailored service agreement that clearly outlines the project goal, production requirements, and deliverable requirements. Once there is a formal agreement, we can continue to the production day after the 50% deposit is paid.
Production Day
This is where our production plan comes together to create a seamless experience. We know what deliverables are required, and we have a shot list to reflect that. All of the staff and talent know what to expect and do, ensuring we’re able to create the assets you need to meet your business goals.
Post-Production & Delivery
Within 24 hours after production, I’ll send you a rough edit of your deliverable assets for you to confirm or provide revision notes. Once we’ve confirmed all of the deliverables are a good fit, you will have private access to them for 2 weeks to preview, share, and download as needed. Useage rights are granted after the final 50% payment is received.
